Prof. Dr. Eduardo Parente Ribeiro

Obtained Bachelor degree on Electrical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1990), M.Sc. (1992) and PH.D. (1996) on Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio with research stage at Vanderbilt University (1995-6). He is a Professor at Federal University of Parana since 1997 and Head of Electrical Engineering Department from 2010 to 2013. Major experience in Electric Engineering with focus on Teleinformatics, Telecommunication Systems, Signal Processing and Instrumentation. Interested in the follwing topics: data communication, electronic instrumentation, tomography and neural networks.
